The Dam House is one of four historic restoration projects in the area, which Bruce and his team have undertaken. These include the 1914 Peterborough Community Theater building, which also houses R.A. Gatto's Restaurant, a 1901 shingle-style summer house, and the 1904 Our Lady of the Snows Church in Dublin. Local architect, Dan Scully has been involved with each of these projects, working to incorporate the best in materials and workmanship.
